We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Estate sale scan data — including item listings and photos — is automatically deleted on the following schedule:

• Item photos: deleted after 14 days
• Sale and item records: deleted after 30 days

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

EstateScan uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and improve your experience. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure database hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
