EstateScan is an AI-powered estate sale intelligence service that scans publicly available estate sale listing photos and identifies potentially undervalued items. We provide estimated value ranges and research guidance to help users make informed decisions at estate sales.
Valuation Disclaimer: All item values displayed are estimates based on available market data and historical sales. Actual resale values may vary significantly and are not guaranteed. EstateScan makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of any valuation. Do not rely solely on our estimates when making purchasing decisions.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate in effect at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

EstateScan and its content, features, and functionality are owned by EstateScan and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Estate sale photos displayed on this service are sourced from public listings on EstateSales.net. We do not claim ownership of those photos. They are used for the purpose of providing our analysis service and are automatically deleted within 14 days.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ESTATEINTEL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR ITEM WILL ACTUALLY BE PRESENT OR AVAILABLE AT AN ESTATE SALE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESTATEINTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
EstateScan is not a licensed appraiser. Our valuations are estimates for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals.
EstateScan links to third-party services including eBay, Unicorn Auctions, Wine-Searcher, and Whisky Auctioneer for pricing research. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Coverage of specific sales or regions is not guaranteed. We make reasonable efforts to scan available estate sale listings in the St. Louis region but cannot guarantee that every sale will be evaluated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
